Pre-Requisites
- Qualification: BE- Any discipline, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Postgraduate (preferably MBA) with at least 11-17 years of experience in Services Solution selling/ Tech Product Selling.
- Candidate needs to have a very valuable understanding of the IT industry
- Excellent communication (non-negotiable)
- Excellent MS office skills
- Consulting skills – Be able to identify customer problems and come up with solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview: The Senior Manager – Demand Generation will function as a strategic independent contributor aligned to a specific Business Unit, owning vertical-focused demand creation, account intelligence, and sales enablement. The role requires deep collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and internal demand generation teams to drive qualified pipeline, opportunities, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Own vertical-focused demand generation strategy,



including conceptualization and leadership of high-impact initiatives aligned to BU growth priorities.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to design and execute demand programs that enable initiation and expansion of strategic conversations through Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and opportunities.
- Drive account-based demand planning, working with internal demand generation and marketing teams to:
- Identify and prioritize target accounts
- Define prospect lists and buying personas
- Align offerings and solutions per account
- Establish clear go-to-market (GTM) approaches
- Design and execute industry-relevant campaigns, leveraging market trends, emerging themes, and vertical insights to create compelling demand-generation initiatives.
- Lead account planning efforts, identifying whitespace, wallet expansion opportunities, and cross-service potential within named and strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain a centralized master account database, mapping stakeholders
