About the Role
You will own strategic relationships with key advertisers and media agencies, driving digital advertising revenue with a high degree of autonomy. You will work directly with brand and agency leadership to shape integrated digital advertising solutions across JioHotstar's premium entertainment ecosystem, operating independently on complex, high-value engagements. The role requires seasoned commercial judgment, the ability to operate with minimal oversight on strategic accounts, and a track record of building trust-based relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders. You will report directly to the Pod Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently own and grow a portfolio of strategic advertiser and agency relationships, driving digital advertising revenue
- Architect consultative, insight-led sales strategies aligned to client business and marketing objectives.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to commercial negotiations, campaign execution, and post-campaign reviews.
- Collaborate with Brand Solutions, Revenue Strategy, Product,



and Sales Operations teams to deliver impactful client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and advertiser spending to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify current business opportunities and onboard new advertisers to the JioHotstar’s ecosystem.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts while consistently achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Advertising Sales.
- Experience working with digital platforms, OTT, publishers, agencies, adtech or media tech organizations.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including video, programmatic, branded content, sponsorships, and performance marketing.
