Job Description
Responsibilities:

Engage with senior stakeholders across the globe to understand needs, define compelling business cases, and drive transformational change in Knowledge Services.

Own and drive the Enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) strategy, focusing on governance, knowledge architecture, technology enablement, content, collaboration, culture building, and change management.

Lead the transformation agenda across technology, analytics, and process excellence to optimize the KM function.

Manage and enhance the Enterprise Knowledge engine, overseeing knowledge delivery platforms, collaboration channels, and evaluating third-party tools for improved user experience and search capabilities.
