Seeking experienced Priority Circle Manager/Area Manager- Affluent Banking at DVP/VP grade for Gurugram, Haryana location for banking industry. CTC is up to 40 LPA.

Responsibilities:

As Priority Circle Manager/Area Manager- Affluent Banking, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the entire wealth management portfolio of high net-worth clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a team in the Wealth Management space and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Acquiring new High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) customers.

3. Cross-selling and upselling Third Party Products (TPP) to our existing and prospective customers.

4. Driving sales for investments and wealth products.

5. Developing strategies for portfolio management and ensuring their successful implementation.

6. Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience in Wealth Sales, Cross Sales of TPP, HNI Sales,



and UHNI Acquisition.

2. Robust skills in Team Management and Affluent Banking.

3. Excellent knowledge of Portfolio Management and Investment Sales.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and deliver results.

Required Experience:

Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant role in the banking industry.

Additional Details:

While not mandatory, NISM/ IRDA/ AMFI Certification would be a strong advantage for the role.
