Adobe Workfront / Workfront Fusion / AEM Assets Consultant (4–6 Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Workfront Consultant with hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in digital asset management, workflow automation, and marketing operations within Adobe ecosystem implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and support Adobe Workfront projects, templates, workflows, dashboards, and reports.

Design and implement workflow automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.

Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets) and other enterprise applications.

Manage digital asset lifecycle, metadata, taxonomy, permissions, and publishing workflows in AEM Assets.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams,



and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and asset management issues.

Create documentation, user guides, and provide end-user training/support.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution discussions.

Required Skills

4–6 years of overall IT experience.

Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.

Experience in Adobe Workfront Fusion workflow creation and automation.

Good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager Assets / DAM capabilities.

Knowledge of AEM Assets metadata management, asset workflows, and folder structures.

Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and integration concepts.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery model.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

Exposure to AEM Sites or other CMS platforms is an added advantage.
