Role- Branch Manager

Location- Delhi

Key Responsibilities-
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, addressing their banking needs and providing excellent service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures, and manage risk effectively.
- Monitor branch financial performance, including profit and loss statements,



and take corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

Graduate/MBA

-
3–5 years in sales &operations; 2–4 years as Branch Manager

Detailed knowledge of branch banking, risk, and regulatory processes
