? Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HANA Infrastructure Lead with deep expertise in SAP Business One on HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments. This is a pure infrastructure lead role – not functional, not developer. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end project experience across multiple SAP Business One implementations, migrations, and upgrades, along with solid hands-on experience in SUSE Linux, HANA database administration, performance troubleshooting, and cloud infrastructure.

You will be the technical authority responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the entire SAP HANA infrastructure landscape, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security compliance.

? Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Business One on HANA – Infrastructure Leadership

✅ Lead end-to-end SAP Business One on HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations

✅ Design and manage SAP Business One infrastructure including App servers, HANA Linux Servers, and database layers

✅ Plan and execute system refreshes, client copies, and landscape management for B1 environments

✅ Ensure seamless integration between SAP Business One and other enterprise systems

✅ Manage SAP Business One add-ons, Crystal Reports, and third-party integrations

SAP S/4HANA & HANA Database Administration

✅ Administer SAP S/4HANA environments including Live CP, VP, and DB servers

✅ Perform HANA database installation, configuration, patching, and revision upgrades

✅ Manage HANA System Replication (HSR) for high availability and disaster recovery

✅ Configure and monitor HANA Multitenant Database Containers (MDC)

✅ Handle HANA backup and recovery strategies including point-in-time recovery

✅ Manage HANA security – users, roles, privileges, and audit logging
