As a Technical Lead, you will develop and implement customer web platforms using front end technologies. This involves defining scope, timelines, technical solutions and leading the end to end delivery. You will drive customer communication, engage customers, facilitate development,

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Discovery sessions to identify business priorities and expectations of authoring experience in CMS.
• Lead workshops between creative, content teams, and development teams in relation to template and component identification and requirements, and governance strategy between development and authoring tasks.
• Collaborate and work closely with customer and manage expectations, ensure clear communication, define scope, agree on timelines and manage client dependencies.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
