About the role
The Product Analyst – Quality Vault is accountable for all aspects of the Quality Vault technology ecosystem relating to Veeva QMS including but not limited to business and technical analysis, backlog management, agile delivery model and methodology, operational performance, & product enhancements. This role reports to the Head of Quality & EHS Products in the QSC Digital & Tech team. This role will be recognized as someone who removes blockers, works collaboratively to meet the needs of customers, and delivers value to Haleon Quality & Supply Chain.
Key responsibilities
- Technology Enablement: Align with business stakeholders on a vision and roadmap for the relevant Veeva QMS, to support and accelerate QSC’s HQS goals at a global scale. Deliver solutions that are practical, flexible, scalable, reusable, strategic and are achieved through the application of industry proven architectural principles, standards, and governance. Configure solutions (workflows/lifecycles) and implement them in the Veeva QMS environments, update all necessary documentation.
