About the Role
As a SQL Server Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize data solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization. You will build scalable databases, ETL processes, and reporting solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will help ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability. Success in this role is measured through the delivery of productive data solutions, optimized database performance, and high-quality reporting outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and functions.




• Build and support ETL workflows using SSIS to integrate and transform data from multiple sources.
• Develop and enhance SSRS reports and dashboards that support business and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across data platforms and reporting environments.
• Monitor database health and proactively resolve performance and reliability issues.
• Troubleshoot data processing, reporting, and integration challenges to minimize business impact.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for database structures, workflows, and reporting logic.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation, process optimization, and best practices.
