Scope
A Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience is responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance user interfaces for enterprise-grade web applications.
They contribute to translating business and product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and maintainable frontend solutions using ReactJS, while also supporting backend development in Java.
They contribute to development and design decisions for frontend applications, follow UI development standards, and apply best practices in performance optimization, accessibility, and reusable component design. Full Stack Developers collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
They also contribute to code reviews, development activities, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement of UI architecture, frontend tooling, and development workflows.
Our current technical environment:
- Cloud Infrastructure: The supply chain solutions are hosted on cloud platforms like OCI and AWS, supporting scalability, flexibility,



and real-time data processing.
- Programming Languages and Frameworks: Frontend development primarily uses ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Backend services are developed using Java (Spring, Hibernate).
- UI Frameworks and Libraries: Modern UI development uses frameworks such as React, ExtJS, and state management libraries such as Mobx.
- Build and Development Tools: Tools like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and up-to-date package management systems are used for UI development and build optimization.
- Database Technologies: Relational databases such as Oracle are used, along with MariaDB and Singlestore for data warehouse solutions.
- Integration and API Technologies: RESTful APIs and SOAP are commonly used for integrating various supply chain components.
- Data Analytics and AI: Machine learning models, advanced analytics, and AI are often embedded to provide predictive insights
