Experience
- 18+ years of overall experience in BPO, Shared Services, Consulting, or Procurement Operations.
- Minimum 12 years of managerial experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations with 500+ FTEs.
- Experience handling multi-geography delivery teams across APMEA,
Middle East, Europe, North America (NAM), and Latin America (LAM).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or related field.
- Exposure to digital procurement solutions and AI-driven sourcing technologies.
