Title: SAP Concur Manager

Job Summary:

The SAP Concur Manager will lead the organization's SAP Concur platform, ensuring optimal performance, user satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. This role will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules. The Manager will provide strategic direction, manage a team of consultants, and act as the primary point of contact for all Concur-related matters.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the Concur roadmap, aligning with overall business strategy.
- Identify and implement best practices for Concur utilization.
- Stay abreast of Concur updates and industry trends, recommending enhancements.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Concur consultants.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team workplace.
- System Management:
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of Concur Expense, Travel,



and Invoice.
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and security compliance.
- Manage integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ERP, HRIS).
- Project Management:
- Lead Concur implementation and upgrade projects.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and control budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Concur-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with Finance, Travel, Procurement, and IT teams.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure Concur processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain Concur reporting and analytics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, Business
