Key Responsibilities;

Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales & Customer Service modules.

Build JavaScript customizations, Plugins, and Custom APIs.

Develop Power Automate flows, Canvas Apps, and Custom Pages.

-
Design and implement D365 integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Troubleshoot system, integration, and performance issues.

-
Participate in solution design, ALM, security, and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

-
Robust hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development.

-
JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, Power Automate, Dataverse.

-
REST/SOAP APIs, Web API, Middleware, OAuth/Azure AD.

-
Understanding of ALM, security model, and solution management.

-
Experience with GitHub Copilot.

-
Good to have: Omnichannel for Customer Service.

6+ years in IT with 4+ years in software development.
