Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Developer to support multiple CG Cloud rollouts and mobility app enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in development, customization, and operational support while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud)

Customize and enhance mobility applications aligned with business needs

Build scalable solutions using Salesforce Core (Apex, LWC, integrations)

Operations & Support

Provide operational support for multiple CG Cloud rollouts

Handle requirement analysis, solution design, and deployment support

Assist in rollout execution and in office onboarding activities (initial phase)

Training & Enablement

Own end-to-end training lifecycle including planning, delivery, and feedback collection

Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and create documentation

Ensure user adoption and effective utilization of implemented solutions

Quality Assurance & Improvement

Monitor training effectiveness and user adoption metrics
