Your typical day will involve providing agile support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM Middleware in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM Middleware, including identifying and resolving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in incident management and problem management processes, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to SAP CRM Middleware and related systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:



Strong experience in SAP CRM Middleware. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP CRM, SAP ECC, and SAP PI/PO. - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and incident management. - Experience with monitoring tools such as SAP Solution Manager and ServiceNow. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
