Global HR Data & Project Coordinator

Position Summary

The Global HR Data & Project Coordinator serves as the primary coordination point for global HR initiatives, projects, and processes across multiple locations worldwide. The role is responsible for supporting the successful execution of HR programs by managing administrative activities, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, consolidating HR data and costs, and ensuring the timely completion of key global HR processes.

The successful candidate will act as a central liaison between HR, business stakeholders, consultants, and local HR teams, ensuring effective communication, seamless coordination, and high-quality execution of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Project Coordination & Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR projects and initiatives led by the Global HR function.
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage project documentation,



trackers, reports, and communication materials.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for HR programs and projects.

Consultant & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main liaison between external consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate information gathering, workshops, meetings, and project activities involving consultants.
- Track project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project participants.
- Escalate risks, delays, and implementation challenges when necessary.

Global HR Process Coordination
- Drive and monitor the completion of key global HR processes across all company locations worldwide.
