AVP Sales - Non BFSI, Location - Noida
We are seeking an experienced Sales leader specifically focused into the non BFSI sector to drive enterprise sales growth, grow strategic accounts, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have :
1)
15-20 years of technology sales experience in the non BFSI sector, working with large IT services organizations
2)
Strong track record of opening new logos from scratch & growing them into sizable annuity business accounts
3)
Good understanding of the north Indian market, having strong CXO and OEM relationships.
4)
Strong track record of closing large multi-million-dollar deals specifically in the manufacturing, automotive, retail, power and utilities sectors
5)
Proven experience closing multi-million dollar deals in areas like ERP transformation, Infrastructure Managed Services, Analytics/AI, Mobility, ADMS, Strategic outsourcing, Testing Services, Automation
6)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
7)
Solid understanding of the services/SI ecosystem

Deep expertise in sales processes, including:

Should have achieved an annual target of atleast INR 100 cr for the last 5 years

Roles & Responsibilities
1)
Meet projected revenue targets quarter on quarter
2)
Orchestrate cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and deliver complex deals
3)
Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
4)
Able to build business from scratch with limited supervision & oversight.
5)
Build and execute account plans for large enterprise customers in the non BFSI sector
6)
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth
7)
Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships with key enterprise stakeholders
8)
Collaborate with internal and partner teams to structure winning solutions
9)
Continuously track market trends and customer needs to identify new
