Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this
role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across Australia and global markets.

play a critical role in building high-performing teams by developing strong
talent pipelines, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end
recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through to offer acceptance and
onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers
to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and recruitment
priorities.
- Source, engage, and attract
high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Naukri, Indeed,
referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing strategies.




- Build and maintain proactive
talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across Australia and
global markets.
- Screen, interview, and assess
candidates to evaluate technical capability, communication skills,
cultural fit, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interview
scheduling, candidate communications, hiring manager feedback, and
recruitment logistics.
- Negotiate offers, manage
candidate expectations, and successfully close candidates while ensuring a
positive candidate experience.
- Manage multiple recruitment
assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and
recruitment KPIs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment
documentation, candidate records, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data,
and recruitment reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics
including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, sourcing
effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
