You will create realistic role-play scenarios that simulate customer support interactions across travel, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
Your work will help build diverse datasets used to evaluate conversational audio agents in real-world situations.
You will assess model performance across conversational, technical, and audio-specific criteria, including accuracy, naturalness, comprehension, and contextual understanding.
The role combines strong Spanish language expertise with clear verbal communication and an interest in structured, technology-driven evaluation.

- Evaluate model performance using standardized qualitative and quantitative criteria, including task completion accuracy, efficiency, conversational naturalness, tone, flow, coherence, and response quality.
- Assess audio comprehension, instruction adherence, contextual understanding, and the ability of models to handle realistic customer support scenarios.
