We are looking for a detail‑focused Data Capture Associate to help create and maintain accurate product information. In this role, you will review product images and packaging to enter and verify data following Syndigo’s guidelines. You’ll work with a variety of products and data types while meeting daily quality and productivity goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with details, learning current product information, and contributing to a team that values accuracy and efficiency.





This role requires working hours of 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Reviews product images and identifies information required for accurate data capture.
- Selects the appropriate attributes to be completed for the product and ensures that the information matches the packaging while meeting formatting standards.
- Enters all necessary data for required attributes. Ensures data quality expectations are met within product records by proofreading work and following Syndigo Data Capture guidelines.
- Achieves 95% accuracy rate or higher.
- Works on achieving the team goal of 100% accuracy on nutrition and ingredient information.
- Meets minimum daily production task goals while working towards improving quality and speed.
- Fluency is indicated by a daily average of 45+ products
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Assists the team to meet 99% on-time goal.
- Regularly pivot
