Accountabilities
- Lead, develop, and support a team of Field Engineers ranging from graduate to senior level, with responsibility for presales and skilled services activities.
- Set team objectives, plan priorities, and drive progress against agreed goals, projects, and business commitments.
- Partner with leadership to shape team strategy, execution, and organizational priorities.
- Champion engineering excellence, disciplined processes, and effective organizational practices across the team.
- Coach and mentor engineers, providing regular feedback and supporting technical and career development.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them solve complex problems and understand the value of modern Linux and IoT technologies.
- Represent the team and its products to customers, partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Monitor team health indicators
