Senior HFM Implementation Developer (.NET, Python, SQL)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HFM Implementation Developer with strong expertise in .NET, Python, and SQL to support and enhance enterprise financial consolidation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) implementation, customization, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support HFM implementation, upgrades, and enhancements

Develop and maintain integrations using .NET and Python

Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines

Work closely with finance stakeholders for consolidation, reporting, and compliance requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve HFM system issues and performance bottlenecks

Automate financial processes and reporting workflows

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system reliability





Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

Proficiency in .NET (C# / ASP.NET)

Robust scripting skills in Python

Advanced knowledge of SQL (performance tuning, complex queries)

Experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems

Good understanding of ETL processes and data integration

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle EPM suite

Knowledge of financial planning & analysis (FP&A;) processes

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture

Soft Skills:
