This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director – Growth Marketing (Demand Growth) based in India.

This is a strategic, results-oriented leadership role focused on building and scaling a modern demand generation engine that drives qualified pipeline and revenue growth. You will translate solution marketing strategies into high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that engage enterprise buyers throughout the customer journey. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on optimization across ABM, marketing automation, campaign performance, and funnel conversion. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to create a predictable and measurable pipeline generation function. Strong emphasis is placed on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, attribution, and connecting marketing performance directly to revenue outcomes. You will also lead and mentor a high-performing team while shaping scalable processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.

Accountabilities:




- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business growth, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
- Build and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, ABM, content syndication, partner marketing, and outbound initiatives.
- Transform solution marketing content and messaging into engaging campaigns that increase buyer engagement and generate qualified pipeline.
- Design and optimize buyer journey programs that educate prospects, nurture demand, and accelerate movement through the sales funnel.
- Partner closely with Sales and Revenue teams to improve lead quality, inquiry-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline velocity, and overall GTM alignment.
