Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:
- Design and development of Lithium-ion battery pack

Responsibilities:
- Cell selection/qualification
- Busbar design
- Responsible for field failure battery pack analysis.
- Simulation in Matlab or similar.
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams like component development, vehicle integration etc... and resolve DFM / DFA comments.
- BMS bench testing.
- BMS/Battery test automation.




- Design verification plan preparation.
- CAN log and data analysis.

Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:
- Knowledge of battery & cell technology and components.
- In depth Knowledge on BMS and it’s functions.
- Battery debugging skills.
- Knowledge to use lab equipment’s.
- Software skills: Matlab/Simulink, Python.
- Technical documentation

Behavioral
- Positive communication skills
- Quick learner

Specific expertise required for functional area:
- NMC/LFP pack design/development
