We are looking for a driven, service-oriented professional to join us as CLM Specialist (Contract Lifecycle Management) someone who thrives in complex environments, is comfortable working across multiple entities, and takes genuine pride in making operations run smoothly.
The CLM Specialist will serve as the internal subject-matter expert for CIMMYT's Contract Lifecycle Management platform (ICERTIS),



responsible for its day-to-day administration, optimization, and user enablement under the supervision of the Legal Operations Manager. and in coordination with the Legal Department, IT/ERP teams, and the ICERTIS vendor team. This is not a new implementation role; the focus is on sustaining, optimizing, and evolving an already deployed instance to support the Legal Department's global operating model.

The role will be based in Recent Delhi, India.

Requirements
Specific duties include:
- Administer the ICERTIS platform on a day-to-day basis, including user roles, permissions, entity structures, and access provisioning, in line with confidentiality and need-to-know protocols.
- Provide second- and third-level support for CLM-related incidents and service requests, coordinating intake and tracking through the Legal Department's ticketing system, and escalating to ICERTIS vendor support where required.
