TCM Lead: (1 Role) - G6
- Consultant with at least 6+ years of experience in handling a team of Training Material developers.
- Expert in SAP Enable Now (Producer/Manager)
- Should be aware of Training approach aligned with Project phase, Business process complexity.
- Robust knowledge in SAP Ariba & S/4HANA Finance is mandatory,
- Must have experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business functions and design role-based learning journeys and setup training content development roadmap and timeline.
- Knowledge about integrating/ publishing training contents (SCORM) to the customer's LMS.
- Hands-on experience in testing/reviewing and approve the simulation recordings (Demo, Practice, Test).
- Should collaborate with Functional Leads, Business Process owners, Change management team.
- Must work with tools like CALM, JIRA, Signavio.
- Able to Track, Report and present training completion rates, User adoption metrics also feedbacks to improve content continuously.
- Strong in team management & mentoring and also stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work under tight project timelines.
