Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Drive sales of life insurance products through the bank's branches.

Meet and exceed sales targets through lead generation and conversion.

Identify and tap potential customers of the bank for insurance needs.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain solid relationships with the branch staff and key bank personnel.

Conduct regular training and engagement activities to motivate bank staff.

-
Act as a single point of contact for all life insurance-related activities in the branch.

Customer Service

-
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.

-
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for customers.

-
Handle post-sale services and assist with claims, if needed.

Reporting & Compliance

-
Maintain accurate MIS and daily reports for sales performance.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of branch performance.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in Life Insurance / Financial Services / Banking)

Prior experience in Bancassurance will be an added advantage
