Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)

• Lead the development and optimization of Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/MCP) campaigns.

• Improve campaign architecture, performance, and scalability.

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business goals into personalized digital experiences.

• Implement advanced targeting, experimentation, and real-time personalization strategies.

Email Development & Design Systems

• Lead the evolution of the email design system used across SFMC campaigns.

• Develop reusable, scalable email components using modern HTML/CSS best practices.

• Ensure compatibility across major email clients and devices.

• Collaborate with designers to maintain consistent brand and UX standards.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and code reviews for teammates, as we have another senior SFMC developers in the team.

• Establish best practices for SFMC development, MCP implementations, and email frameworks.

• Proactive troubleshooting and optimization of campaigns, automations, and personalization activities.





• Promote maintainable, modular development approaches.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Data teams to deliver personalized experiences.

• Translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Participate in sprint planning, solution architecture discussions, and technical documentation.

• Be a team player, being able to work collaboratively with other SFMC developers and QA.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Solid experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio).

• Solid frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Experience building and maintaining email design systems or component libraries.

• Experience with Dark mode optimizations

• Deep knowledge of responsive email development and email client compatibility.
