Detailed JD – The Billing Operations and Query Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers, resolving billing-related queries, and supporting revenue assurance activities. The role demands solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric communication to maintain billing integrity and client satisfaction.

Additional Skill - Basic understanding of billing concepts and invoice lifecycle, Ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically and Completed internship in the telecom domain will value added.
