Join our facilities team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to groundbreaking scientific discoveries. As a Facilities Team Leader, you'll supervise and coordinate activities related to facility services,



equipment and utility operations, EHS, Equipment maintenance and breakdown, building maintenance etc, and . You'll guide a team ensuring our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. This role supports our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Working in both cleanroom and general facility environments, you'll oversee daily operations including maintenance, safety systems, and regulatory compliance. You'll implement continuous improvement initiatives while managing vendor relationships and maintaining quality standards.
