Key Responsibilities:

- Define, manage, and oversee the successful implementation of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service quality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to ensure alignment of IT operations with business objectives and compliance with organizational policies.
- Manage escalations, risks, and issues effectively to minimize impact on IT operations and projects.
- Drive the adoption of industry best practices and innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior management, providing regular project updates and insights.
