Job Description: Senior Executive - Banking Operations

Position: Senior Executive - Banking Operations Debt/Investment
Department: Finance & Treasury
Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind, Hybrid Projects)
Location: Gurugram
Reporting To: Manager/AGM - Finance & Treasury

Job Purpose

To manage banking and treasury operations, ensure timely processing of financial transactions, maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, and support project financing activities for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations
- Manage day-to-day Investment transactions including Fixed deposit/Mutual Funds,



and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flows and Investable funds on daily basis and across projects and business units.
- Invest additional funds on daily basis as per bank/AMC TAT.
- Coordinate with banks for timely Investment of all funds.
- Prepare and monitor Debt MIS on daily basis.
- Ensure Timely Debt servicing/Repayment of ECB/NCD with bank follow up.
- Ensure timely submission of banking documents and compliance requirements.

Treasury Management
- Assist in funding for Payments.
- Monitor loan repayments, interest servicing, and covenant compliance.
- Track utilization of project finance facilities and debt drawdowns.
- Support treasury activities related to investments, FD placements, and liquidity planning.

Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare monthly banking and treasury MIS reports.
- Prepare monthly debt servicing reports
- Facilitate statutory, internal, and lender audits and SOX compliances
