CRM & Power Platform Tech lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative D365 CRM & Power Platform technical lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and Power Platform solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) processes and business workflows, coupled with a strong technical background in Microsoft technologies. As a key member of our IT team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, effective, and effective CRM and Power Platform solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibility
- Solution Design: Lead the architectural design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, considering business requirements, system integrations, scalability, and best practices.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand CRM and business process requirements, translating them into technical solutions.




- System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize D365 CRM and Power Platform components, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations, to meet specific business needs.
- Integration: Design and implement seamless integrations between D365 CRM, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and efficient data flow.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in implementing complex solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality code.
- Solution Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment instructions.
