Key Responsibilities:

· Ticket Management: Handle data maintenance tickets and ensure timely resolution using Service Now.

· Master Data Creation/Maintenance: Perform CRUD operations on product master data.

· Data Quality Monitoring: Assess and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and implement data quality standards.

· Collaboration & Coordination: Work with data owners and stakeholders to address data issues. Participate in daily stand-up calls.

· Reporting and Documentation: Generate data quality reports and document maintenance processes.

· Project Coordination & Governance: Support data governance policies and assist in forming a global data steward group.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree





· Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.

Skills:

· Familiarity with MDM tools and platforms (e.g., SAP MDG, Service Now)

· Minimum 2 years of data stewardship experience, preferably in Product Master Domain

· Must have: Chemical and industrial material knowledge.

· Ability to chase data across different groups and ensure timely updates.
