Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for chatbot conversations, intents, and dialog flows
- Validate:
- Conversation accuracy
- Intent recognition & response correctness
- Perform:
- Functional testing
- Integration testing
- Regression testing for bots
- Test bot integrations with:
- APIs / backend systems
- Web apps / Microsoft Teams / other channels
- Conduct end-to-end testing of conversational journeys
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira
- Validate:
- Error handling scenarios
- Edge cases in conversations
- Support:
- Automation testing where applicable (UI/API)
- Work closely with developers and business teams to ensure quality delivery

Must Have Skills
- Solid experience in:
- Manual testing / QA processes
- Test case design & execution
- Exposure to:
- Chatbot / bot / conversational AI testing
- Knowledge of:
- REST APIs & API testing (Postman or similar)
- Experience in:
- Functional, regression, and integration testing
