ROLE SUMMARY

The role focuses on driving the development, implementation, and support of solutions to meet evolving

business needs. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective project

management, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Additionally, it involves ensuring

adherence to high engineering standards, including security, logging, and system integration practices.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Take ownership of Guidewire ClaimCenter development to implement and adapt to evolving business

requirements.

· Collaborate with Business Analysts, Development, and QA teams to scope, size, plan, develop,

implement, and support projects within the Claims portfolio.

· Ensure solutions include robust unit and functional testing with a high level of code coverage.

· Oversee the support and maintenance of the ClaimCenter ecosystem, including integrations with





Policy, Financial, CRM systems, external bureaus, third-party vendors, and service providers.

· Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive technical and solution documentation, such as

architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, deployment diagrams, and production runbooks.

· Establish, maintain, and enforce engineering standards for security, secure coding practices, logging,

alerting, build processes, deployment pipelines, and system integrations.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

· 8+ years of experience in the IT field, including 6+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter integration

development roles.

· Deep expertise in Guidewire APIs, GX Model, and Product Models.

· 4+ years of experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.

· 6+ years of hands-on experience with J2EE, Apache Tomcat, XML, Web Services, and RDBMS

(SQL Server preferred).

· Advanced proficiency in XML, GUnit, Jenkins
