Role Overview
We are looking for a solid Regional Sales Manager – South who will be responsible for the
overall sales and performance of stores across the South region.
This is a completely store and frontline sales-focused role. The person will work closely with
Store Managers and frontline teams to ensure stores achieve their sales targets, maintain
high customer service standards, and operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the sales performance of all stores in the South region.
• Ensure every store achieves its daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Regularly review store performance and identify stores that are doing well or need
improvement.
• Work closely with Store Managers to improve footfall conversion, average bill value
and overall store productivity.
• Spend significant time visiting stores and interacting with frontline teams.
• Motivate Store Managers and Sales Associates to achieve better sales.
• Ensure frontline teams have strong product knowledge and selling skills.
• Coach teams on customer interaction, cross-selling and upselling.




• Identify low-performing employees and work with Store Managers and HR on
improvement plans.
• Ensure adequate staffing across stores and highlight manpower gaps.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, customer service and store discipline.
• Ensure stores are commercially ready during weekends, festivals, promotions and
high-footfall periods.
• Review store-wise sales numbers and take quick corrective action wherever
required.
• Work with Retail, VM, Marketing and Operations teams to improve store
performance.
• Keep track of competition and understand what other brands are doing in the
market.
• Build a strong pipeline of Store Managers and frontline talent for future
requirements.
• Ensure company processes and SOPs are followed consistently across all stores.

• Around 7–12 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in lifestyle, fashion,
