Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through direct customer interaction (no banca/agency support).

Acquire current customers through field sales, references, and leads.

Sell life insurance products as per customer needs.

-
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

-
Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.

-
Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance process.

-
Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

-
Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance sales (Direct/Agency/Banca).

-
Strong communication and convincing skills.

-
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

-
Graduate preferred.
