• 3+ Years of experience in Quest One identity Manager.
• Experience in handling complex support related requests related to One identity manager.
• Act as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by L1 Team
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Good understanding about JML Process, workflows.
• Good understanding about RBAC, Energetic Group concepts.
• Incident Management: Experience in solving the issues in mentioned SLA timeline by the client
• Good knowledge in SQL
• Experience with 1IM tools like Job Queue, report editor, Synchronization Editor.
Knowledge in Ping Federate / DUO is an advantage
