About the Team
Target Human Resources plays a critical role in building the high-performing, diverse and engaged teams that power Target’s strategy and guest experience. Supporting team members across stores, supply chain and headquarters, HR serves as a strategic partner to the business—shaping organizational capability, strengthening leadership and creating an environment where team members can grow and thrive.

Within Human Resources, Talent Acquisition is responsible for identifying, engaging and bringing exceptional talent to Target. Our recruiters combine deep business understanding, talent-market intelligence and recruiting expertise to help leaders make informed talent decisions.
