SECTION II. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to support the development and delivery of high quality, scalable and supportable BI reports, dashboards and data insights for YATG business functions. Working within the analytics team, the role builds and maintains analytics solutions on YATG's current BI platform (QlikSense), analyses data across multiple domains, ensures data quality, and translates business requirements into user-friendly and automatable information deliverables. This is an execution-focused, individual-contributor role without team-management responsibilities.

SECTION III. Key Result Areas
- BI Report & Dashboard Development
- Design, build, maintain and enhance QlikSense dashboards, data models and reports that are user-friendly, fully automatable and supportable




- Develop and implement information delivery solutions that graphically represent data to provide business intelligence and information insights
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Observe and analyse data across multiple data domains, identify and correct errors, and prepare data insights
- Ensure performance information is produced in accordance with specifications and data quality standards
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Support
- Gather and clarify reporting and analytics requirements from the business units and IT
- Provide day-to-day user support on delivered BI & Analytics solutions
- Data Quality & Governance
- Support data governance activities and ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of reporting and analytics deliverables
- Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure on-time development and delivery of projects and change requests (CRs)
- Keep skills current and support the adoption of additional analytics tools
