1. Strategic Client Partnership & Growth
- Serve as the ultimate owner of the client relationship, acting as their single point of contact and most trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute a long-term account strategy that not only meets but anticipates client objectives.
- Drive exceptional value, ensuring client retention, seamless contract renewals, and identifying opportunities for strategic business expansion.
- Masterfully lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs & QBRs), presenting data-driven insights and forward-thinking impr
