Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube .
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, newsletters, presentations, brochures, posters, and marketing creatives .
- Develop creative designs for legal awareness campaigns, corporate campaigns, events, webinars, and India LawShield services .
- Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs accordingly.
- Convert complex legal concepts into simple, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand content .
- Maintain consistency in India LawShield's brand identity, typography, layouts, and visual language .
- Create creatives for lead-generation and performance marketing campaigns .
- Design promotional material for moot court competitions, legal events, partnerships, and college outreach campaigns .
- Adapt existing creatives into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats,



and digital marketing trends .
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new creative concepts and campaign ideas .

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience .
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma , or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives .
- Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy .
- Ability to create designs that are both creative and business-focused .
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
