Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Sales & ICM Consultant to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion Cloud CX suite. In this role, you will play a critical part in modernizing our CRM ecosystem by migrating legacy interfaces to the Oracle Redwood User Experience using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) .
