Name of position: Medical Writing Manager - Location: India

Essential Functions and Other Job Information
- Coordination and control over the activities related to a specific medical writing (MW) project: development of all necessary documents for studies (Protocol, Investigator’s Brochure, ICF, Manual, Clinical Study Report, etc.) as well as other assignments (Advisory Board Meeting, Abstract & Manuscript, etc.)




- Strict control over the compliance of deliverables’ milestones and timelines as per the contract obligations related to medical writing.
- Be a first point of contact in case of issue, task, and time management of the MW project/s under their supervision.
- Communication with sponsors, partnering CRO, external advisors, physicians, regulatory authorities, and follow-up on any requests, remarks and/ or issues regarding the MW activities.
- Organization and performing of MW project team meetings.
- Ensures the completeness and performs final check of MW project documents.
- Conduct critical party evaluation and management through questionnaires and documents review.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of databases related to MW activities and third-party management.
- Collaboration with Data Science team regarding CRF or other documents development.
- Collaboration with Data Science team and Statistics subject matter expert on
