We are expanding our design team and are looking for a Senior Architect – Commercial Interiors who can bring robust design thinking, technical detailing and execution awareness to our projects.
ROLE: SENIOR ARCHITECT – COMMERCIAL INTERIORSExperience: 2–3 years relevant experience
YOUR ROLEYou will be involved across the design and documentation lifecycle, including:
• Space planning and workplace layouts
• Creative and functional interior design concepts
• Design development and detailed design
• Preparation and coordination of GFC drawings
• Architectural and interior detailing
• Materials, finishes and design specifications
• Design coordination with MEP and consultants
• Coordination with project execution teams
• Design documentation and drawing management
• Maintaining design intent and quality during execution
• Client, consultant and vendor coordination
• Supporting design management across multiple projects and stages
