What He / She will do:

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with Rioconn's growth objectives.
/n
- Identify, qualify, and pursue current business opportunities across industries.
/n
- Lead the end-to-end pitch process — from understanding client needs to delivering winning presentations and proposals.
/n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and transition to the client servicing team.
/n
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to design solutions tailored to client goals.
/n
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential business segments.
/n
- Track performance metrics, sales conversions, and revenue growth through structured reporting.
/n
- Guide and mentor the business development team to achieve collective and individual targets.
/n
- Represent Rioconn at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and credibility.
/n

Essentials:
/n
/n
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales in advertising, digital marketing, or related industries.
/n
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
/n
- Ability to craft compelling business proposals and marketing pitches.
/n
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing services and creative agency processes.
/n
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering revenue growth.
/n
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools.
/n
- Strategic, analytical, and target-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities.
/n
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple business pursuits simultaneously
