nWe design and develop our own collections as well as creating bespoke gifting for corporate clients, weddings and events. We work closely with skilled artisans and manufacturers across India, combining traditional techniques with contemporary design to create products that feel both distinctive and relevant.
nOur work ranges from product and packaging design to complete gifting concepts. We are a small, ambitious team, so designers have the opportunity to be involved in the entire process — from the initial idea and client brief through to seeing the finished product being made.
Role DescriptionnWe are looking for a Creative & Product Designer to join our team in Delhi.
nThis is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, developing products and packaging, and working with clients to turn a brief into something genuinely special.




nYou will work closely with the founders and the wider team to develop gifting concepts, gift boxes, packaging and new products for both Ikka Dukka and our corporate clients.
nThe role will involve:

- Understanding client briefs and developing creative concepts and visual directionsn
- Designing gift boxes, packaging and physical productsn
- Creating moodboards, sketches, presentations and design proposals for clientsn
- Developing concepts from an initial idea through to a finished productn
- Exploring materials, colours, finishes, textures and craft techniquesn
- Working directly with Indian artisans, manufacturers and suppliers to bring designs to lifen
- Creating prototypes and mock-ups and refining designs based on feedbackn
- Presenting ideas confidently to clients and helping shape the creative direction of projectsn
- Researching compelling products, materials, craft and design from India and ar
