Position: Admission Team Lead for Indore Institute of Design

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Admission Team Lead to lead our Academic Counselling and Admissions team at our Design Institute.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading an academic counselling or admissions team, driving student enrolments, managing admission targets, and ensuring a structured and professional counselling process. Candidates with prior experience in a Design Institute or creative education environment will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Academic Counselling and Admissions team.
- Set, monitor, and achieve individual and team-wise admission and enrolment targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for lead conversion and student enrolment.
- Guide counsellors in student counselling, follow-ups, objection handling, and conversion.
- Monitor the complete admission funnel, including lead generation, counselling, follow-up, application,



and enrolment.
- Conduct regular team reviews and analyse individual counsellor performance.
- Maintain accurate admission reports, MIS, CRM records, and conversion data.
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up with prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, curriculum, career opportunities, fee structures, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Academic, and Management teams to support admission campaigns and enrolment initiatives.
- Identify challenges in the admission process and implement corrective measures to improve conversion rates.
- Train and develop counselling team members to improve their communication, counselling, and sales skills.
- Ensure a qualified and student-centric admission experience.
- Stay updated with trends in design education, career opportunities, and student preferences.
